What is a Virtual Missions Pastor?
A Virtual Missions Pastor (VMP) is an experienced missions pastor who supports a church's missions program. The VMP is typically short-term, helping establish or jump-start a missions ministry, and can work with laypeople or existing staff to develop a missions program.
Below are several ways the VMP works to guide your church.
1
The VMP works with your staff or lay leaders to help develop your mission’s vision for the church.
2
The VMP helps your church formulate mission strategies, goals, and training to achieve your goals.
3
The VMP can assist your church in evaluating newly implemented mission efforts to help you discover effective strategies.
